OCZ has a 3gb ram upgrade that is composed of two 1.5 gb sticks. This allows AAO users to max out the ram at the 2gb limit. The only glitch is you'll need to find someone to share the second stick with, as it is only sold as a two pack. Check out the Amazon link below where it sells for over 50 USD. Myself, I did the 1gb upgrade a couple of weeks ago using a Centon stick that I bought from Fry's and paid $15 USD for, and am happy with my AAO. If I had known about the 1.5gb stick at that time, I definitely would have gone that route. Still might do it in the future, after I install Windows 7.

    Just a guess but I'm thinking that's probably a package of a 2GB stick and a 1GB stick...

I'd suggest an email to OCZ before you run out and buy this for the purpose of a 1.5GB upgrade...

Edit: I've emailed OCZ... I'll let you know when I hear back.

If you let google seach for OCZ2MV6673GK you'll get hits and hints like "2GB+1GB".

    It's a 2 and a 1. From the Amazon link:
I don't think anybody has ever made a 1.5GB RAM module. It just doesn't make sense.
