110 Freezes during boot!!

When i press power button it shows ACER logo and then blue screen appears as normally with text Aspire One it shows for 1 sec and then it goes to black screen with arrow only i can move arrow.. tried resetting bios settings Problem appeared whilst trying to connect my lovely aspire one to my LG Tv P.S i failed to connect it to tv Sincerely yours -Jiba_P-
