3G ATT Acer Won't Connect...No Bearer?

    I have officially activated the 3G subscription with ATT, installed the sim card correctly (it clicks when youve put it in correctly although there are no directions on how to put it in!!!! BEWARE). When I load the 3G connect manager, it says "No Available Bearer" and it's not connected........what is the deal?

    Have you tried moving the switch to the left (the switch on the front right of your little netbook, slide to the left to turn 3g on and off, and slide to the right to turn wifi on and off).

    Also make sure the simcard is properly inserted and seating in the back.

    Otherwise I have had nothing but luck with mine...unless you want to use any operating system other than xp...
