3g internet problem - no sim card

    I am using Acer Aspire One d250 with Windows XP + O2 data sim card, after configuring modem in windows and creating of new network connection, I have got problem, when I click on dial, I am stuck on error 619 : no sim card.

    Do You have got some tips where is my problem?
