531h slow flash websites

    Hi
    I got the Aspire One 531h at xmas and everything was running beautifully.
    However in the last month or so I've noticed that sites using flash load and run extremely slowly. It seems to have become progressively worse, and today it took nearly 30mins to load a page!!!
    Is there any known fix / update / driver to sort this out?
    I am on Windows 7 starter using Firefox.

    Ok, after a bit more messing around I've found that everything works fine with IE.
    So it would appear that the problem lies with flash within firefox.
    I don't really want to be using IE so any ideas as to why i'm getting this problem in firefox only? I just went on the adobe site and downloaded the lastest version of flashplayer by the way.
