6-cell battery - ITSource.com refuses to respond back...

    I took the fourms advice here and ordered the 6-cell battery from http://www.itsource.com a good while back. :p
    Its been on back order for quite a while. However, the white 6-cell battery was back ordered until 10/24/2008. As you know that was over a week ago. :eek:

    Ive sent three emails and will keep sending one for the next few days. After that I will take legal action. The person's name over there is Kevin Joss, if thats the real name :twisted: .

    For now I would stay away from that company. Ive seen this before, this is the same break down behaviour :oops: . Looks like the company is abandoned, the website still shows the old backorder date of 10/24/2008. :shock:

    Live and learn.

    ...eBay here I come :cool:

    that was quick... :shock:

    Kevin blackberryed saying that the 6-cell battery is still on back order from Acer which is out of his control. He offered an understandable refund on the battery. I decided to take the refund and move on.
    Hopefully, I will be able to do business with them in the near future. :p

    Has anyone ever received the 6 cell battery from SourceIT? I ordered one back on Sept 27th and still don't have it. Just curious.
