It's like new EXCEPT for one small area of case damage. I think someone in my family must have bumped it against a wall while carrying it. No one owns up to it.

I'm also going to list the computer on craigslist and ebay with a different configuration which will be the original 160GB hard drive with XP. Computer will come with a 7 day tryout with a full refund if not satisfied. However, you will have to pay the return shipping if you used this option.
