I have Crunchbang installed with Sickboys kernel, and i'm definitely happy with the distro, there's just a few things i haven't figured out yet.

Flash videos like youtube stutter a lot, i'm wondering what can be done to get this more smoother?

There are some services i want to disable from starting up, how would i go about doing that?

Also, when i startup my One, before the crunchbang loading appears, i get a few error messages, where can i see these errors, so i can look into correcting them?

    1. Don't know about that one (may be try to start firefox from command line and see if there are any info logged)
    2. Install boot up manager: sudo apt-get install bum
and choose services you want to disable
    3. Use the logviewer application (this app gathers all logs in a place) System -> Administration -> Log file viewer
I would have a look at dmesg and messages

    Hope this helps.
