A150 Freezes at Acer Screen then shuts down

    Hi

    I have a 6 month old AOA 150 Linux which has started to freeze during boot up. It gets to the Acer Aspire One blue screen then, after a few minutes of no activity (HDD light on) the machine restarts. Then the screen goes black with mouse cursor visible for about 5 or more minutes - sometime 10! , (again HDD light on) before booting to the normal menus screen. Was fine until a few days ago. Doesn't always do this but becoming more frequent. Any help much appreciated please!

    Hi,

    Sounds like you have a corrupted file/files, Personally I would do a restore first as you say it is becoming more frequent.
