AA1 D250 ubuntu netbook remix acerhdf

    Hey all,

    I tried to download the acerhdf module to control the fan, it downloaded fine and i was able to make,
    even make install seem to be fine
    but when i went to modprobe acerhdf this is what i got:

    FATAL: Error inserting acerhdf (/lib/modules/2.6.28-11-generic/kernel/drivers/misc/acerhdf.ko): No such device

    anyone know what I should check?
