Well I don't really know if this question is technical or not, bu what I want to find out if leaving my On urned on 24/7 will damage it. I used my desktop like that until i crashed due to unrelated causes. I now have my One hooked up to my desktop monior and it seems to e doing OK. The reason I hate to turn it off is when I do I have to adjust the display setting when I boot back up.

sorry if this post is in the wrong forum. If it annoys our moderator or whatever he'll just have to get over it.
    Thanks,
    Paul

Battery will last longer if you remove and store it (40% charge, cool dry place.) Mine's a year old, usually go to standby overnight.

mines just a year old now, i get one hour battery life now so am looking at 6cell replacement.

im worried about the fan mostly tbh, once that bearing/brass/shaft is gone thats it.
i doubt you get replacement fans and i doubt youll easily find fan replacements that small...
