AA1 won't boot after disassembling!!

First post, followed multiple tutorials here and need some help :cry:

I've successfully unmounted the whole system, upgraded the ram and replaced the wifi card (dw1390).
After that, the aspire boot, installed the drivers and the wifi was working on OSX

Problem is I got no sound from the speakers but opposite from the jack. Thought I just mistakenly left unplugged the speaker connector, and I was right.
I unmounted the thing, plugged the connector and mounted again, but...

When I press the power button, power led from the button lights, same for the HDD (second led from left) but this is for a couple of seconds: lights fade and it just turns off...
No screen light and no other signals.

With the battery I get the same that from direct power source. BTW if battery is plugged at the same time that source, I get the orange led (charging).

Any ideas? I forgot something to plug (I checked this multiple times)? Is something f*ck*d?
