AAO A150- FAN problem

Well i suspect my ventilation fan is dead and i think best and cheapest idea is to replace is it . Does anybody have any experience doing it or have some advice? And also can somebody give me excact model name , I would check it myself but i didn't want to rip wire of what needs later complicated repairing .
