AAO D250 WIFI SWITCH, XP

    Hi, the wifi switch on the front/right edge of my son's AAO seems to have stopped working. Whenever he flicks the switch the same thing happens everytime - the wifi symbol shows on the screen but it displays the red circle with diagonal line across it i.e. wifi is off. So he cannot connect via wifi. He can connect via cable tho'. Anyone got any ideas if there is a software solution e.g. can I do something in device manager ? :?:

    I occasionally get the same issue when my D250 resumes from Hibernation and sometimes to a lesser extent when resuming from standby. Reboot the computer and it should become operational again.

    If that doesnt work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the WiFi card and its software.

    Check the global announcements section for instructions on obtaining the latest driver for your sons AAO
