AAO SCREEN BRIGHT AND GHOST EFFECT

    Turned on my AAO this morning and the screen is mega bright and has a mild ghost effect when you move the mouse or close down any "pages".
    I have turned the brigtness down to minimum using the fn + arrow keys and on the graphics properties but it is still quite bright though and the ghosting effect is still there.
    Any ideas as to what could have caused this and/or solutions.

    Update to my problem
    Returned my AAO to its factory settings and screen/display problem is still the same.
    Then connected an external monitor to my AAO and the display on the monitor was ok so it looks like the screen itself is faulty. :(
    Looks like I will have to get a new screen unless anyone can think of any other possible solutions.
