AAO will not boot

    Hi,

    I recently installed Ubuntu UNR and for the last couple of days everything went fine. However earlier today I switched off the Netbook came back and then tried to reboot it and the screen is completely black. The netbook seems to enter a cycle of the fan going up and down but nothing appears on the screen, not even the menu asking you to select where to boot from. Also the power light is on, but nothing seems to happen with the HD.

    Does anyone have any views on what may be causing this?

    PS. It is an original A150 with 120 GB HD and 1 GB ram, no other modifications.

    Well after more Googling I found a solution, I basically had t reflash the bios.. not something you do everyday but atleast it worked.
