Access to Backup impossible after Acer recovering

    I'd like to know what can I do to access to the back up folder (C/Backkup) after have used Acer Recovery. Everytime I try to access to this folder, and the specific folder of my user (I'm the Administrator), I receive this message: "Denied Access".
