Acer 10.1 CaseI just returned my 8.9

I just returned my 8.9 and picked up a 10.1 for $40 more. Glad I did it but I am disappointed that 10.1 did not come with a slip in case as did the 8.9. Can someone confirm that the 10.1 doesn't come with a an acer case/cover - wondering if they missed putting it the box. thanks and what a great support site.

 

Yeah they dont come with a case, basically just the netbook, charger and manual.

 

my D150 comes with a nice slip in case. Bought it in Malaysia.

 

Guess I am out of luck as Malaysia is a longs ways from home. Seems kinda cheap but what can one do. Probably impossible to buy one from ACER.

I have it and fits snug, but well protected.

 

Looks like I will go with the case logic. Just a bummer they cheaped out and didn't incluse one with the 10.1 as they did with the 8.9.

 

It is entierly possible that they left the slipcase out in the first release because the 5800mHz batteries wont fit into it. but, they also left the free mouse out also... that shoots my theory, they are just getting cheaper..

Like everyone else. I was a bit dissapointed also. I used my Wii case for a bit then got a Case Logic sleave for $8 at microcenter.
