Acer AO ZG5

Hi, I have an Acer AO ZG5 which suddently wont power on after a normal usage, when I press the power button nothing happens. When I connect the battery and the charger the charging led switches on but still, it doesnt power on. What can I do? Thank you for your advices in advance.
