Acer Aspire 110 error message

    Hi, hope one of you experts can help me. My netbook returns the following error message when I try to connect to the Web;-

    The options presented are Start New Session and restore session but neither of these produce any response. The result is that I can't access the Firefox browser at all. How can I get out of this fix? All suggestions gratefully received.

    Suggest you download the latest version of Firefox from another computer, transfer to a USB flash drive and install the latest version of FF to your net book.
