Acer Aspire 4720 - Windows XP installing Problem

    Hi friends,

    I am new to this forum, i have acer aspire 4720 and yesterday i tried to installing windows xp professional SP2(Original CD), i have started with cd and it copies new files to the c drive after rebooting, the system showing nothing just blank screen, it does not load anything even it does not boot from cd,i dont knew where i did mistake.

    would appreciate if any one help me

    I am new here so i didnot go through the all topics if this topic already discussed in this forum please let me know the link
