Acer Aspire One 10.1" netbook taskbar

    Does anyone have the Acer Aspire One 10.1" netbook; 1 GB ram; 160 GB ram; WinXP sp3?
    When I place the cursor over some programs in lower right of screen (taskbar?) and right click (trying to see properties) the hour-glass pops up and remains. If I move the cursor off that 'program' the hour-glass goes away.
    Anyone else see the same thing or is it only on my net-book. I hope someone else has noticed the same thing.
