    hi all,

i have just bought an ACER ASPIRE ONE A110X SEASHELL WHITE with XP. Soon I have seen that this netbook is very slow in start up and opening of applications. In sistem information i have found CPU N270 1,60GHZ 0,98RAM. It's seem not to be a bad computer...

Have you some advice to understand why it is so slow?.........

    Thanks to all
    Bye
    Roberto

The read/write speeds of your SSD are low.

Computer was cheap - Acer Aspire ONE 110 is cheapest on the market - it's netbook, mainly for web browsing and email. For such a use it's perfect. You getting what you paid for...

Sure...You're right...I regret I haven't found any information before about this slowness...
Anyone has some advice to reduce some unimportant applications running on startup? I have already removed "automatic applications"? Is there the way to reduce the weight of applications on SSD (that it is to be the most important responsible for this slowness)?

    Thanks and ciao!
