I have the Acer Aspire One AOD150-1165 with 2GB Ram with 6 Cell Battery.

I used it on Wednesday (9/9/09), and it was fully charged when I turned it off. Today (Sun. 9/13/09) when I turned it on I noticed the battery "life" was down to 78%. Is that normal for it to drop from 100% to 78% in 4 days?

My son last used his Vista Premium notebook and when he turned it on today (after not using since last Wednesday also), it showed battery at 92%. If one battery's "life" would be "lower," I would think it would be the Vista Premium laptop (3GB Ram, etc.).

Anyone have the Aspire One and notice the same battery power drop to about 78% after 4 days of non-use?

    Thanks,
    Alice

That is because you bought the BLUE one and not the RED one.
    No...... Thats not right.
I did read that if you do not have the latest BIOS, version 1.09, installed.
That the USB ports still have power running to them. This would use the battery.

    So whast do we do?

Are we just stuck with this "problem?"

There must be others "out there" with the blue Acer Aspire One also!

Hasn't Acer said anything about this "problem?"
