Acer Aspire One hour glass

    I installed PC-Tools Firewall Plus 5 on my Acer Aspire One and I notice when I put the cursor over the PC Tools icon in lower right of scree (taskbar ?) and then move the cursor into the 'pop-up' box, the hour glass doesn't go away (no arrow pointer cursor). I can still click on the Open; Disable Firewall and Exit and the action will be carried out. However, I am wondering why the hour glass does not go away (and be replaced by the arrow pointer).
    PC Tools said it was because of PC Tools and told me to uninstall and reinstall PC Tools, which I did, but the hour glass still comes up when it is placed over the PC Tools icon (in lower right of screen) after right clicking on it.

    Does anyone else who has an Acer Aspire One 10.1" 1G/160GB) notice similar thing?
