had so many virus's on the net book that i had to restore to factory settings. Great but when i run a video from say youtube the net book is really slow (stops and starts). Before it did not and other laptops on the same wifi does not have this problem. could anybody help with this as i am thinking that it needs the video driver updated or something like that

What browser are you using to play youtube? I know awhile back youtube was experimenting with HTML5 instead of Adobe Flash. Open a youtube video and right click anywhere on the playing video. Look at the settling. Does it say Adobe Flash or HTML5? If HTML5, change it to the latest addition of Flash. The latest Flash can be downloaded from Adobe's website. I have an old AOA-150 that I upgraded to the max 1.5 gig RAM and installed Windows 7 Home. I had the same choppy video playback until I went to the latest version of Flash. No problems since.
