Acer Aspire One will not power up

    Help!!! My Aspire One will not power up, the battery is fully charged and nothing happens when you press the power button. This is the same with the power cord connected. The charging light is lit when charging and turns green (as it should) when fully charged. Guess what it is now JUST out of warranty.
    Please help someone

    Does the power light come on at all? if it does, search the forums for "Blind Flash"

    Also had a similar problem with my D250 last night, all I had to do was remove the RAM chip, clean it's contacts with a pencil eraser (white one not the rough black ones) and put it back in.
