Acer Aspire One with OS X installed no longer boots up??

    Acer Aspire One with OS X installed no longer boots up??

    I just get a spinning circle under a silver apple logo on a grey screen.....which spins on forever and doesn't start up

    I must have pressed something whilst starting up because it has been working fine for a year or so

    It says something about an error involving Failed to load extension com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPS2Nub

    Help appreciated please
