Acer Aspire One with Windows XP

    It is true that the Acer Aspire One with Windows XP comes with only 512mb of RAM with a slot for another 1GB of RAM? I thought that it comes with 1GB of RAM with another slot of 512MB. Can anybody confirm this?

    its actually 1gb of ram..

    1gb ram=512mb soldered to the board + 512mb user replaceable(its on a slot)

    so if you want to upgrade your system, you buy a 1gb ram stick and you replace that 512mb ram that is accessible..
