Acer Aspire ONe - wont load

    I have an Acer Aspire One notebook, it wont go past the loading screen, i HAVE tried safe mode with different options, nothing happens.

    looking for some advice what to do please!

    if it were me, I'd be using another computer to backup my files from the AAO then attempt a factory restore, or run a repair install of the operating system. That is if you're running windows xp, if youre running windows 7 it should have repair /recovery options in the startup menu

    You need to give more information like....
    AAO model #
    Operating System (OS)
    Did it ever work?
    What happen just before it stopped?
    Is the OS original or something you added?
    Explain loading screen.
    Have you tried booting off of a live DC/DVD/USB drive?

    Mine won't load either. Aspire one 10.1" xp have tried booting from cd attached to USB port but doesn't find it.
    Has anyone any ideas. How can I get to a prompt screen.
