Six Month before purchased the Acer Aspire One ZG5 model mini netbook. I set up a dual-boot configuration, running Windows XP and Ubuntu 8.10.
All's fine, except for one crucial thing on my Ubuntu partition: The internet connection applet shows that I have no available wireless networks, so my Wi-fi is clearly not working.

There's a little switch on the front that I can flip on an off during a session in Windows XP, but the same is not true for Ubuntu. I'm guessing there's probably a driver somewhere that I can download, but several google searches and ubuntu forums have not yielded any results.

Can anyone offer some words of advice?

is it Wlan working any latest version ubuntu ?

realy Am very stuggle last six months. please help me
