acer asprire one AOA110 (hal.dll problem) help!!!

    trouble with my netbook! I have the aspire
    one 110 AOA110 with ssd 8gb.my problem is the hal.dll !!.i can`t boot with my flash stick to setup windows xp!i have hal.dll error is missing all the time!!i `ll trying everything (boot differents windows xp ,different flash sticks,delete partitions,and all methods of the internet to repair it but nothing!!please help!!! :?
