acer complaints extended warranty

    Someone had posted on google the numbers for acers head of callcentre and after six weeks of lies and delays over the repair of my laptop this is what I did
    I phoned the number you had on there for chris parsonage but it was not a number anyhmore(guess he had changed it) so I tried the switch board where the operator gave me the number of the "escallation dept" when the rep answered he demanded "where did you get this number" when I told him from your head office he nearly died.
    After six weeks of being told lies by their agents, next morning I got a brand new laptop with better specs than the one I sent them
    so thankyou very much for the posting and it just goes to show NEVER GIVE UP
