Someone had posted on google the numbers for acers head of callcentre and after six weeks of lies and delays over the repair of my laptop this is what I did I phoned the number you had on there for chris parsonage but it was not a number anyhmore(guess he had changed it) so I tried the switch board where the operator gave me the number of the "escallation dept" when the rep answered he demanded "where did you get this number" when I told him from your head office he nearly died. After six weeks of being told lies by their agents, next morning I got a brand new laptop with better specs than the one I sent them so thankyou very much for the posting and it just goes to show NEVER GIVE UP Kind regards
