Acer Crystal Webcam

    I have two AAO's the six cell and the three cell. Both fresh from the factory. I cannot get the web cam to work on the 3 cell but no problem
    on the 6 cell. I have downloaded new drivers, formatted and reinstalled the XP operating system but nothing seems to work. On the 6 cell I get
    a nice picture. Any ideas. First post on here and this group is terrific. Thanks in advance. Zeide
