Acer customer service

    Acer Aspire z3731. I would like to suggest anyone thinking of buying an Acer product ..NOT TO. I purchased a Acer Aspire all in one pc, it is out of warrenty by 2 weeks, i have used the pc no more than 10 times. The USB dongle stopped for the wireless Keypad and mouse, when i contacted Ascer and asked then to replace the USB dongle they said i had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse..They have no after care service at all.....I will never buy an Acer product again and would suggest any other pc brand !!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Sorry to hear of your frustration with Acer Support but we all go through "support"
    frustrations with products we buy whether they be computers, cars,homes etc.

    Venting your anger gives some immediate relief but in the end your product still
    doesn't perform as expected. I checked out the Acer Aspire z3731 online and it
    looks like it was a pretty decent All-in-One for the price. If all else is working fine
    with it maybe you should look at something like the Logitech Wireless Combo
    that works well with my pc's.

    Hi there, the customer service with Acer is what I am discusted with, you are correct in saying the all in one is not a bad pc, having said that I do not expect the wireless keyboard and mouse to break after 13 months having only used the pc no more than 10 times...
    Acer could not care less about there after sales service, all I was told was buy a new keyboard and mouse.. I have purchased 3 other Acer pc's in the past 12 month.. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASER ACER PRODUCT AGAIN.. Not because of the goods but because of Acers attitude to their customers!!!!
