Acer home screen groupings changing

I had this posted over on the beginners section but nobody was helping me there so i am moving it over here:



I know, my title is quite illogical and scrambled... That said, i am wondering how to add or remove icons and programs in the four groupings that acer came with. I want to remove some of the shortcuts (but not the programs) and add some of my own

Please tell me how to do this (i am used to ubutnu)

Note: I do know how to make it a classic style of desktop, but i like the layout it cam with as it is fairly easy to use (and due to activating right click, i can launch anything with that)
