acer laptop/vista

    help
    new here and not very savvy with the computer
    when i start the computer it seems to take a long time to get to my account and when it does i put my password in and it goes to the blue screen for ages before it finaly come to my page and i can use the laptop. Any ideas as to what is going on and how to fix it

    First of all, describe your pc configuration and the error code at blue screen, then we can answer you properly.

    acer aspire 5920 vista home premium. there is no code at the blue screen. Just takes an awefull long time to get my page when the password page is passed. Comes up with a blue screen and then goes to normal after a while

    It seems to be a hardware issue. So, you should contact hardware support.
