Acer Logo & eRecovery disappeared

    On bootup the Acer aspire one d255 netbook's logo & the eRecovery fanction have disappeared.

    f2, f12 & f8 work & the notebook boots up to XP OK.

    Can I download the eRecovery utility? ........thanks .....nick
