acer msn downgraded!

    u now have to tick a box saying u wud like to use a windows compatible service wen making an account, which means no webcam, mic or custom emotes! anyone as pissed of as me!!!???

    Mine works fine - video and audio - without that box checked. Connects to msn messenger on windows

    Microsoft really hates it when people use clients other than their own Live messenger to use msn, and will often change their protocols just a tiny little bit to ensure those other clients no longer work as well as they should.
    Expect this tactic to be common. It is what made Microsoft great after all.
