Acer not accepting support requests

    Acer's web site is not accepting support requests. If I try to register, I get:

    There was an error with the request and the action could not be completed.

    If I try to submit a support request directly without registering, I get:

    A problem has been encountered. Your question could not be processed.

    EDIT: I found a way. Clicking "Ask a Question" at this web site seemed to work:
