Acer One 150 XP Blank Screen

    I left my Aspire One Netbook - on battery as I forgot to switch the power adaptor on - while AVG was scanning the computer. Came back after about one hour and the screen is blank. Pressing any key does not turn it back on. I switch on the external power and the power light lights up but still blank screem. The Laptop is making it's usual low humming noise. I pressed and released the power on button but nothing happens. Not sure what to do now?
