AA1 will fit. Acer is a bit wider then EeePC but bag for EeePC will be OK.

With 3 cell battery, it is a snug fit but it will fit. I assume there are some manufacturing tolerances. The one I tried was very tight and the seams were starting to go on one side with 3 cell battery and AAO.
The 900/901 are smaller than AAO. The 904 is closer to the AAO with 6 cell battery (as it is the 1000 chassis) so you should look for cases for them if you want the 6 cell to fit well.

Thanks for the information. An internal picture would be nice with and without your AAO setting in it.

Well here we go.... 8 Days later it arrived....

    Perfect.... :)

Little padding which is pretty good, No forcing the unit in your case, Half inch all round....

Double Zips, with magnetic stud and 2 little carry handles inside....

PS I think you could squeeze the PSU in the flap, would be tight tho.... but ideal if you have that bigger battery (I dont)
