acer one notebook

I tried to take my notebook back to the retail store (visions) because it would not bootup no pwer at all. it's only six months old was a xmas gift for my daughter. They told me that there was no s/n # on the bottom and there was nothing they could do same for acer tech support. Know I don't see how that is my fault. Took it to a service centre and they said it was most likely the mother board. It's great to see that companys stand behind what they sell. I guess that's the last acer product that I buy...
