Acer One Printer Connection Problem

    Hi

    I am new to lupin OS and have been trying to connect it to my Konica magicolor 2430 DL printer. I have installed the river from the printers website but it still will not print! I got my IT people to look at it but they had no idea either.

    Is there a specific way to connect to a printer on a network or am l missing something?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
