acer one slow

    need help
    have a acer aspire one and i had to alt and f10 on it on account of all the virus. It did it splendidly but it had 113 uo date to load which took an age. Now when i put in a cammand tpo do something it take a long time to react (15 to 20 seconds) It does what it is supposed to do but just takes to long. Looked at the start up programs and there does not seem to be that many and the latest flash player is installed so i need a bit more help in getting this to work faster oh and its not me in the picture
