i have a acer one with the Xp and the 8gig ssd drive and it seems almost un-usable because im always fighting for hard drive space. i have an external 4gig SD card for files / music and stuff but its still not enough. im curious to know what my options are..

i read the site and it seems that my best option is to remove the ssd and install a 1.8 (ipod type) drive... can anyone please simply offer some brief comments on suggestions on what you would do? not lookin for technical this is how u do it, more like if i were u, i would do this.

    thanks in advance

    Hi there,

    And welcome to the site!!

In my opinion 8 Gig is far too small for XP, even a truncated version!
I would definitely ditch the SSD and go for a 1.8 Hard drive as they seem to be much more stable and reliable, not to mention a lot bigger for your money :D
