[ACER] repair help

Hi,

Greetings from the UK.
Im new to this forum, so dont blame me for wrong place of posting,
ok im here to try and find an answer to my acer laptop problem, i had a cracked screen, and the ink leaked ect.
i sent it off to acer to get it repaired, they ASSUMED in my opinion it would take 2weeks, and it has been 2w3d, its getting on my nerves because i wont lie, i'm a 17 yr old hardcore cod:4 gamer, and its abit hard to live without my laptop, and im wandering if anybody else has had a acer laptop sent off, and how long did it take to retrieve it and or how do you retrieve it.
