Acer repair turn around time

    Had a problem with my AAO. The touchpad decided to stop working as well as the sdhd socket on the right side. I sent it Fedex grouns from So Ca and it got there in 2 1/2 days. After they received it they sent me an email. The had it for 2 1/2 days to repair it. (warranty.) I then received an email that it had been repaired and sent back via Fedex ground. Total turnaround from shipping and then signing for it was 6 days. They changed the upper case which houses the track pad and then reinstalled Win 7 which I had on it. Win7 was operating great. Looks like it was a hardware issue.
