Acer shuts down when on Sleep mode

    I got an Acer Aspire One last weekend and have noticed that about half the time when I put it into sleep mode, when i go to open it later, it is shut down, and I then have to restart. Is this defective or does it have to do with software updates? If it has to do with the updates is there a way I can schedule them so that it does not do this?? It is my first netbook and I am moving from a mac so am not used to the constant updates and installations! thank you for any advice!

    I do not use this so called OS so unfortunately I can not help with issue you experiencing. Let's wait for someone who has more experience with "seven"...
