Hmmm... All poor call centers are located in India... No offense but that's very bad choice...

No you read wrong, the news article you linked does not say that. It says:
“Mr Proudfoot did not name the firm that has pulled out....”

It may well be true and would not surprise me if it were but there is nothing in the linked news article to suggest it is true. A quick search did not find any other articles about this.
Do you have a link to more definite news on this subject ?
Why are you dumping the link all over this Forum, I counted 6 Threads

It seems my reply has upset you, that was never my intention and I sincerely apologize for that :)

I just wanted to point out that the link you supplied did not back up the title of the thread in any way.
Now that you have said you are an inside source it becomes news not just speculation.
As to the 6 replies, I still feel this was too much, this one thread with it's eye-catching title is sufficient.

I am genuinely saddened to hear or read of anyone losing their job in these tough economic times and unfortunately I hear and read it far too often.
I wish you and your fellow workers all the best for the future :)

All the best, woz of oz
